Position: FinTech Integration Support Engineer Location: Remote or Atwood Innovation Plaza

Hours: Flexible, part-time or full-time Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or stipend

About the Role: As an FinTech Integration Support Engineer, you’ll play a key role in guiding our ISV partners through the integration of their platforms with our payment processing services. This is not just a technical role – we’re looking for people who enjoy building relationships and helping others succeed. If you’re curious about the intersection of technology and business, this is your chance to shine! 

What You’ll Do:     

  • Serve as the main point of contact for ISVs during their integration process.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth implementation
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine integration tools, documentation, and processes.
  • Build strong relationships with ISVs and explore ways to optimize their business outcomes through our solutions.
  • Assist and develop projects and solutions for ISV merchants.

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred (but not required):     

  • Experience with APIs, programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or C#), or debugging software.
  • Familiarity with payment processing systems or fintech.
  • Interest in exploring business development or entrepreneurial opportunities.
