Through our mobile app, over 10,000 users across NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia can instantly reserve, pay for, and digitally unlock a private, distraction-free environment to work, study, or take virtual meetings.

Our mission is to bridge the gap between bustling public spots and the need for quiet, professional workspace. We leverage cutting-edge technology to automate the entire experience. To fuel our next phase of growth, we are building an internal fleet of advanced AI agents to handle data collection, lead enrichment, and multi-step actions. We are looking for an AI manager to research, deploy, and command this autonomous digital workforce. 

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated AI Agents Manager Interns whose primary mission is to 10X our company’s operating productivity. In this role, you will be responsible for researching leading AI agent tools, managing paid company agent memberships, and building autonomous data collection pipelines. You will orchestrate AI agents to perform tasks independently—such as setting goals, scraping B2B location data, and executing outbound actions with minimal human input. This internship is perfect for Computer Science, Data Science, and tech-forward Business majors who want to lead the next frontier of operational efficiency. 

Responsibilities

  • Agent Research & Acquisition: Continuously scout, evaluate, and test the best emerging AI agent platforms to determine which memberships fit BookaBooth's current workflows.
  • Membership & Fleet Management: Manage and oversee our various company subscriptions to leading autonomous agents (e.g., Zapier Agents, Lindy, CrewAI, Relevance AI, Claude Cowork) to ensure maximum ROI and continuous operation. 
  • Accelerated Data Collection: Build and monitor autonomous agent loops that crawl the web, scrape venue leads (cafes, coworking spaces), and enrich internal databases. 
  • Autonomous Action Execution: Deploy multi-agent systems to independently execute repetitive business workflows, such as cross-app data synchronization, lead vetting, and initial B2B email/social routing. [
  • Productivity Benchmarking: Track and report on time saved, data entry acceleration, and output scaling to systematically hit our 10X productivity targets. 

Qualifications

  • Academic Standing: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
  • AI & Agent Proficiency: Strong familiarity or hands-on experience with autonomous agent concepts, prompt engineering, multi-agent frameworks, or advanced workflow triggers (e.g., Zapier, Make, CrewAI, AutoGPT, Claude Agent SDK).
  • Technical Mindset: An analytical problem solver who understands API integrations, conditional branching logic, and digital data pipelines.
  • Growth Startup Drive: Highly autonomous, organized, and obsessed with eliminating human operational bottlenecks through software.
