Meet the Team
Platform Solutions is Millennium’s rapidly evolving organization that leverages technology to deliver proprietary intelligence and resources to our investment professionals at scale. Within the team, Broker Relations manages relationships with brokerage firms to help ensure access to high-quality execution services, research and other resources. Working closely with portfolio managers and traders, the team evaluates execution quality and broker performance while providing senior management with insights into commission spending and cost-saving opportunities.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends and actionable business insights
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to address complex business challenges and improve processes
  • Build clear data visualizations, dashboards and infographic-style reports that effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Design and implement efficient data pipelines that extract, transform and load information from multiple sources
  • Partner with management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions while enhancing the existing analytics product suite

 

What You Bring

  • Graduating between December 2027 to June 2028
  • Expected GPA of 3.5 or above
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, statistics, data science or a related technical discipline
  • Strong Python programming skills, including experience with libraries and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, PySpark or Spark
  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboard development, machine learning, large-scale data analysis, data pipelines and Git
  • Understanding of statistical techniques, data modeling, anomaly detection and segmentation, with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication, intellectual curiosity and a collaborative approach to learning and problem-solving

 

Salary Range
The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
