Summary
Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.
Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Job Title: Release Manager
Location: Remote

Reports To: Game Development Department Director
Type: Internship (Part-Time) (Unpaid)
Duration: 4 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- The release manager will be in charge of publishing games onto different storefronts and managing each game’s store page.
- They will work with each game’s development team to create screenshots and descriptions to be used on that game’s store page.
- Release managers will create a unified, cohesive style for our game’s pages and ensure that future games will use that style.
- Release managers should be aware of the different online storefronts that we use and will research potential storefronts that we may want to use in the future.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for working with different teams and team leaders to create the page for their game.
- Strong writing skills for creating descriptions and other written material to be put on a game’s page.
- Strong design skills for managing and creating a unified style for Resilience Inc’s pages on each storefront.
- Excellent creative thinking skills.
- Familiarity with online storefronts such as Itch.io.
- Basic familiarity with advertisement techniques or ideas.
