CAD Engineer Intern

Summary

Resilience, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that is dedicated to improving the mental health of students, as well as reducing mass shootings, suicide, and depression. Resilience, Inc also works to combat declining test scores, low student engagement, and a slew of other social issues.

Our organization focuses on offering Social Emotional Learning tools to enable K-12 schools to teach emotional intelligence through five core topics; self-awareness, self-control, social awareness, relationship management, goal setting, and effective decision-making. Resilience, Inc. also provides tools for acquiring and maintaining inspiration, hope, and overall well-being.

Job Title: CAD Engineer Intern

Location: Remote

 

Type: Internship (Part-Time) (Unpaid)

Duration: 4 Months

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create website layouts, wireframes, and page structures.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
  • Convert CAD drawings, diagrams, and technical concepts into web-friendly visuals.
  • Create and optimize graphics, illustrations, and website assets.
  • Work with WordPress themes, page builders, and plugins.
  • Ensure websites are responsive and function properly across devices.
  • Test webpages and identify design or functionality issues.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers on website improvements.
  • Maintain consistency in branding, design standards, and user experience.
  • Document website changes and technical processes when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of WordPress website management.
  • Familiarity with website design principles and user experience concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
