Job Title:  Customer Service Representative (Remote Role But candidate should be present in NY)

Client: (major global CLOTHING  apparel company)

Rate: 18$/h on W2

Duration:6 months

  • Work 100% remotely with the ability to occasionally transition to an office setting if needed for business continuity
  • Work up to eight-hour shifts between 9 am and 9 pm, five days a week, including weekends and holidays, to support customer needs across time zones.

Required Skill: High School or equivalent diploma with 1+ years of experience as customer service, Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems, Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word with good verbal and written communication skills.
