Prior to job placement, there is a mandatory training where you will develop the following entry level skills:
- Hardware & Software
- Troubleshooting
- Configuring Client Operating Systems
- Identity & Access Management
- Network Administration
- IT Service Management
- and more!
Commitment: Monday - Friday at 9:00am - 1:00pm OR 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Training is primarily virtual via Zoom, with some in-person activities.
