What You’ll Be Doing
As a Self-Governance Associate, you will maintain internal policies, procedures, and governance records alongside other associates under a manager and the Self-Governance and Compliance Department Director. You will assist with internal governance activities, documentation, and organizational oversight efforts. Associates must be able to dedicate 5 hours per week to completing tasks and attending meetings. Training and guidance are provided, and no prior experience is required. This is an entry-level unpaid internship role; academic credit is available for students who need or want it.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing and maintaining internal governance documents and records
- Help track approvals, revisions, and governance actions
- Follow confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information
- Provide collaborative and general administrative support to the Self-Governance & Compliance team
Qualifications
- All majors welcome — political science, public policy, legal studies, and related majors preferred
- Willing to learn and communicate
