Oaklin Lane is building a new model for pediatric therapy: comprehensive, multidisciplinary care that makes it easier for children to receive the support they need and for therapists to do the work they love. Our clinics bring speech, occupational, physical, feeding, and sensory therapy together under one roof.

About the Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing & Community Engagement Intern to help more families, clinicians, and community partners discover Oaklin Lane and The Pediatric Collective. You will own defined growth initiatives across digital marketing, local outreach, content, partnerships, and community engagement.

This role is ideal for a creative, analytical candidate who wants to build campaigns, measure results, and improve them quickly.

Responsibilities

Analyze marketing channels, referral sources, audience growth, and conversion performance

Support digital campaigns, local outreach, email, social media, and community partnerships

Create and manage content calendars and campaign plans

Research pediatricians, schools, community organizations, and other potential referral partners

Develop strategies to grow The Pediatric Collective’s audience, programming, nominations, and sponsor base

Track engagement, conversion, acquisition cost, and return on marketing investments

Test new messaging and channels and recommend where to invest further

Example Projects

Build a local launch campaign for a new Oaklin Lane clinic

Analyze which referral sources produce the most patient inquiries and scheduled evaluations

Develop a partnership pipeline of pediatricians, schools, and family organizations

Grow registration and engagement for a Pediatric Collective event

Create a sponsor prospect list and outreach campaign for The Pediatric Collective

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or graduate student in marketing, communications, business, psychology, public health, or a related field

Strong writing, research, and project-management skills

Comfortable combining creative judgment with data-driven analysis

Experience with social media, email marketing, content creation, paid media, or community outreach is helpful

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and PowerPoint or Google Slides

Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar tools is helpful

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Based in and authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Timing
