Our Internship Program begins with a one-week orientation at our corporate headquarters in Nashville, followed by a field assignment at a manufacturing, retail, or corporate site where they will gain real-world experience as an HR Business Partner.

 

Responsibilities 

As an HR Intern, you may be involved in projects that support and contribute to core HR functions, such as:

  • Employee Relations: Support initiatives that foster a positive work environment and help resolve workplace concerns.
  • Performance Management: Participate in performance review processes and help analyze feedback and development plans.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting efforts, candidate screening, and new hire orientation.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate learning programs and track employee development metrics.
  • HR Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies through audits and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources at an accredited university
  • Complete at least one semester of your Master’s program prior to starting internship
  • Complete and pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam and background check
