About Us

Watermark Donut Company, LLC runs a high-volume portfolio of 25 Dunkin’ locations strategically clustered throughout Downtown Boston, the Seaport, Cambridge, Charlestown and major medical hubs (MGH, Tufts, Longwood Medical, and Boston Medical Center). We are launching an innovative, tech-forward push to develop a B2B Catering Business. We are looking for a sharp, autonomous student to help us build our direct sales pipeline.

The Role

This is not a "coffee delivery" internship. You will be working directly with our leadership as well as Dunkin’s corporate team to build a modern B2B sales engine from scratch. Your mission is to develop a network of institutional catering customers in areas proximate to our stores. You will leverage cutting-edge AI prospecting tools to identify, message, and close corporate partnerships with tech firms, professional offices, pharma reps, educational institutions, and hospital floor managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI-Powered Prospecting: Utilize generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and sales databases to automate and personalize hyper-local B2B outreach. Objective is to identify key contacts and then deploy smart "bounce-back" campaigns to add corporate customers to our platform.
  • Targeted Local Networking: Coordinate with ezCater to facilitate deliveries. Develop an AI-driven email outreach program targeting potential catering customers in areas proximate to our stores.
  • Account Optimization: Ensure our menu interfaces are optimized for corporate “Bundles" and bulk-order options.

What We Are Looking For

  • The Hustle: A current student (BU, BC, Northeastern, Suffolk, or similar) studying Business, Hospitality, Tech, or Entrepreneurship.
  • Tech Fluency: You already use AI tools to accelerate your workflow and know how to prompt effectively for professional copywriting and data sorting.
  • Local Navigation: You know the layout of our markets.
  • Autonomy: You love a role where you aren't micro-managed. You view the hundreds of potential catering customers near our stores as a portfolio of opportunities to mine.

What's In It For You?

  • Real-World AI & B2B Experience: Build a real sales funnel on your resume using modern tech tools.
  • Flexible Hours: We will completely work around your class schedule.
  • Financial Upside: A solid hourly base rate protects your time, but a commission kicker on new account revenue means your earning potential is directly tied to growth in catering.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment, with periodic local travel to Watermark Donut Company store locations, prospective customer sites, meetings, and other business locations throughout the Greater Boston area. Travel may involve driving, walking, or public transportation. The position requires prolonged computer and telephone use, as well as occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and carrying business-related materials weighing up to approximately 25 pounds. Store and customer visits may involve exposure to varying weather conditions and typical retail and food-service environments.
