U.S. Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships Intern

Dixit Global Tech (DGT)
Remote — United States | 20 Hours/Week | 3–6 Months
Unpaid + Performance-Based Financial Incentives

Help Build an International Technology Company's U.S. Market

Dixit Global Tech (DGT) is an India-based technology company expanding its business and strategic partnership network across the United States.

We are looking for a U.S.-based student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and international market expansion.

You will work directly with DGT leadership—not simply observe from the sidelines.

🇺🇸 Important: U.S.-Based Applicants Only

You must currently reside in the United States to apply.

This is specifically a U.S. market expansion role and is not open to candidates working remotely from outside the United States.

What You'll Do

You'll help DGT identify and develop relationships with U.S.-based:

  • Digital and marketing agencies
  • Creative and branding firms
  • Consulting companies
  • Technology businesses
  • Web and software agencies
  • Your work will include:
  • Researching potential strategic partners
  • Identifying founders and decision-makers
  • Evaluating partnership opportunities
  • Building and managing a prospect pipeline
  • Developing personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
  • Initiating professional conversations
  • Supporting discovery calls and partnership discussions
  • Tracking opportunities and follow-ups
  • Helping develop proposals and partnership materials
  • The goal isn't to send hundreds of generic messages.

The goal is to understand why a partnership makes business sense and help create genuine commercial opportunities.

What You'll Gain

  • You'll get practical experience in:
  • U.S. B2B business development
  • Strategic partnerships
  • International market expansion
  • Executive communication
  • Commercial strategy
  • Technology consulting
  • You'll also work directly with leadership and gain exposure to how an international technology company evaluates markets, develops relationships, and creates new business.
  • Performance-Based Financial Incentives

This is an unpaid internship. There is no fixed stipend.

However, DGT has a defined incentive structure for qualifying commercial opportunities that you directly originate and materially develop.

Technology & Website Projects

  • $750–$1,500: 10%
  • $1,501–$3,000: 12%
  • $3,001–$5,000: 13%
  • $5,001+: 15%

Digital Marketing

  • $590–$1,500/month: 7%
  • $1,501–$2,500/month: 7%
  • $2,501+/month: 8%

Qualifying long-term digital marketing relationships may also generate recurring incentives under DGT's incentive framework.
Example: A qualifying $3,500 technology project falls into the 13% tier, representing a potential $455 performance incentive.

There is no minimum sales quota required to participate.

Incentives are tied to qualifying opportunities and applicable client payments received by DGT.

Who We're Looking For

  • You may be a strong fit if you are:
  • Currently residing in the United States
  • A current college/university student or recent graduate
  • Interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, technology, or international business
  • A strong written and verbal communicator
  • Comfortable researching companies independently
  • Curious about how businesses grow
  • Comfortable communicating with founders and business leaders
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Previous sales experience is not required.
  • We care more about how you think, communicate, research, and take ownership.

Commitment: Approximately 20 hours/week
Schedule: Flexible, with consistent weekly availability
Focus: U.S. Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships

Application Challenge

As part of your application, answer this:

Identify one U.S.-based agency or technology company that could potentially become a strategic partner for DGT.

In 150–200 words, explain:

Why you selected the company

What partnership opportunity you see

Who you would approach and why

We're looking for quality of thinking, not generic applications.

If you want a passive internship, this probably isn't the right role.

If you want to learn how international business development actually works—and help build DGT's U.S. market—you should apply.
