Loan Partner (Commission + Base)

BASE PAY + COMMISSION 

We’re looking for a motivated Loan Partner to join our growing mortgage team. No mortgage experience? No problem — we provide training and mentorship!

Responsibilities

  • Assist Loan Officers with mortgage applications
  • Communicate with clients and collect required documentation
  • Follow up with leads and incoming live transfers
  • Help generate new business and support existing clients
  • Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable making phone calls
  • Motivated and willing to learn
  • Mortgage or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Monday–Thursday: 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM–5:00 PM
