Spiritual Formation Intern - Fall 2026

OneHope is a global ministry that seeks to catalyze a movement to help every child in every generation encounter Jesus through engagement with God's Word. By working with local churches, international ministry partners, schools, and governments, we have been able to reach over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message since we began in 1987.  

 Our internship program, Cultivate, is located in our international headquarters in South Florida. This program was born out of OneHope’s 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. We are a large, innovative nonprofit that seeks to match your God-given gifts with a God-driven mission. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates to work in a faith-based, international organization through mentorship by experienced practitioners and by providing significant opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

We are seeking an intern who is passionate about reaching the next generation. The intern will need to have strong writing and editing skills, experience or interest in content development, strong organizational and event coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with others.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Development: Assist in the development of various forms of ministry content to support the spiritual formation of our teams and partners.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing of enrichment training, day of prayer, and day long retreat.
• Administrative Support: Manage detailed notes, contribute to Spiritual formation strategies and implementation, document and share relative cultural findings.
• Spiritual Development: Contribute in the refreshing of spiritual formations, assisting in the development and refinement of spiritual learning and practices.
• Prayer Journal: start a prayer journal, consisting of prayer needs from both global OneHooper’s and global/cultural needs.
• System Creation: Create and implement systems for developing and developed OneHope Spiritual Development Resources.
• Data recording: Collect and summarize data from OneHope’s Day of Prayer
