Innovative Strategy Intern - Fall 2026

OneHope is a global ministry that seeks to catalyze a movement to help every child in every generation encounter Jesus through engagement with God's Word. By working with local churches, international ministry partners, schools, and governments, we have been able to reach over 2 billion children with a relevant Gospel message since we began in 1987.  

Our internship program, Cultivate, is located in our international headquarters in South Florida. This program was born out of OneHope’s 30+ years of experience in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. We are a large, innovative nonprofit that seeks to match your God-given gifts with a God-driven mission. The goal is to equip college students and recent graduates to work in a faith-based, international organization through mentorship by experienced practitioners and by providing significant opportunities for personal, spiritual, and professional growth.

We are seeking an intern who is passionate about reaching the next generation to be part of our Innovation team. The intern will need to have strong creative and critical thinking skills, curiosity and a passion for exploring new ideas, research and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively while turning insights into innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learning and Growth: Actively engage in learning opportunities, applying insights from each project to enhance contributions to future initiatives.
• Collaboration: Partner with diverse departments to implement innovative strategies, adapting to unique challenges and contributing to impactful projects.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: Assist in brainstorming and developing strategies to address organizational challenges and refine systems for greater efficiency.
• Business Analysis: Analyze existing systems to identify patterns of success, documenting insights to inform future processes and strategies.
• Research and Development: Conduct research to inspire creativity, generate new ideas, and broaden perspectives for organizational improvement.
• Documentation and Reporting: Support the team by writing reports, summarizing findings, and presenting recommendations from research and project work.
