Divino Seas is a Miami-based luxury swimwear brand with a highly engaged community across social and email. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes people to own the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, social, and DMs
- Monitor and respond to comments and community engagement
- Track and escalate recurring customer issues
- Support order-related questions in coordination with the operations team
- Help maintain a warm, on-brand tone across every customer touchpoint
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in school (undergraduate or graduate) and able to receive academic credit for this internship (please confirm with your program before applying)
- Strong written communication
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented
- Genuine interest in the brand and its community
What You'll Learn How a growing brand manages its reputation and customer relationships in real time, and how customer feedback feeds back into product and marketing decisions.
Compensation: Unpaid for academic credit. This is a 60-day trial period; based on performance, there may be an opportunity to continue in a paid role afterward, though this is not guaranteed.
Internship Disclosure This is an unpaid internship intended for educational purposes and open to currently enrolled students. It is designed to provide training, skill development, and mentorship comparable to what would be offered in an educational environment, and the intern is the primary beneficiary of the arrangement. This position does not displace paid staff, and the intern is not entitled to wages for time spent. This internship does not guarantee or imply future paid employment with Divino Seas; any future opportunities will be considered separately and are not promised as part of this role.
