Video Intern

The Video Intern will be part of an exciting Media Design team whose objective is to maximize our impact in the digital space and increase lead generation and overall engagement levels.  This role will work collaboratively with our Video Producer and Videographer to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Assist main video team on photo shoots both on location and in studio. 

Shooting, editing, and post-production. 

Shoot and capture commercial-quality footage using DSLR and/or Cinema-style cameras and lenses in a video studio and at various onsite and offsite locations. 

Operate and maintain cameras, jib booms, tripods, audio recording devices (on-camera and hand-held), lighting, and other related equipment. 

Assisting our current Photographer and shooting tours, product shots, and more. 

Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required. 

This position provides working from home 1 day a week (Manager’s discretion during high-volume times) 

Other duties as assigned in the Media Design department.  

Qualifications

Studying for a degree in Video. 

Relevant, proven experience with each essential duty and responsibility above 

Experience with Adobe Premiere 

Proficiency with Macs and macOS software. 

The ability to work both independently and on team projects is required. 

Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required. 

Candidates must be able to lift at least 60 lbs. of equipment. 

The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
