Job Description:
This position assists the Supply Chain Excellence (SCE) Strategy & Business Excellence team in the analysis, development, and implementation of supply chain initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to capture current-state processes, draft standard operating procedures, and assist with process-improvement projects. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements, supporting the integration of digital tools, analyzing data to optimize processes, and contributing to the documentation and training of users on new systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a basic understanding of supply chain concepts, and familiarity with digital technologies, while demonstrating effective communication and teamwork capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
Major Duties/Responsibilities
Education:
Candidates must be actively enrolled (preferably Junior or Senior who is graduating in December 2027) in an accredited University for the duration of the Co-Op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required, but a GPA of 3.0 or higher is strongly preferred

Strategic Project Deployment & Methodology Support
- Assist with the deployment of strategic Supply Chain Excellence projects, including the continuous improvement of deployment methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Support standardization, documentation, and best‑practice adoption across initiatives.
Project Leadership & Execution
- Lead scoped projects that deliver short‑ and long‑term business value, supporting priority supply chain initiatives.
- Apply problem‑solving, structured analysis, and project management principles to drive measurable outcomes.
Business Analytics & Insight
- Provide comprehensive and proactive business analytics to identify risk trends and operational opportunities.
- Drive actionable insights through data mining, analysis, and visualization of supply chain operations and performance metrics.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Actively participate in initiatives that drive efficiency, operational capability, and continuous improvement across the broader organization, supporting productivity, risk mitigation, and value creation.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
- Collaborate with cross‑functional business partners to identify, evaluate, and highlight areas of potential opportunity or value across supply chain functions and enterprise initiatives.
SCE Engagement & Event Leadership
- Plan and lead a Co‑op engagement event at the New Brunswick, NJ campus or another Johnson & Johnson facility, fostering engagement, collaboration, and awareness of Supply Chain Excellence.
Additional Supply Chain Support
- Support other supply chain functions as needed, including OT Cyber Security, System Design & Sustainment, and Portfolio Management, contributing to integrated and enterprise‑wide solutions.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.50/hr to $52.50/hr
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.50 per hour and $52.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
