2027 Green Teams Internship | $7,500 + Career Experience

The 2027 Green Teams Internship Program is a PAID summer internship opportunity for current undergraduate students from ALL MAJORS & UNIVERSITIES hosted by the PSEG Institute for Sustainability Studies (PSEG ISS) at Montclair State University. This 11-week program pays a $7,500 stipend, with on-campus housing and travel grants available. The Green Teams Program is a multi-institutional internship program targeted to upper-level undergraduates (exceptional rising sophomores may also be considered) from any discipline who are interested in sustainability.

• Transdisciplinary teams of students are paired with host organizations, including corporations, non-profits, municipalities, and community groups to address their sustainability challenges. 
• Teams of five students are constructed from the pool of exceptional applicants coming from many different disciplines, whose skill sets match those required to achieve deliverables requested by the host organizations. 
• To ensure students are well-positioned to produce high-quality deliverables, PSEG ISS provides professional development and content-based training in core sustainability subjects,  communications, project management, as well as hands-on experiences.
• The program runs from May 24th, 2027th - August 5th, 2027. Interns are paid a $7,500 stipend and work roughly 40 hrs/week during the 11-week program. Limited travel funds and additional resources are also available for those with financial need.
