Product Manager
CARAVAN Wellness is seeking a highly organized and strategic Product Manager to support the growth of our health and wellness content, products, and platform. This role will collaborate across business development, content, production, marketing, and technology to translate business and client needs into successful product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content, product, platform, and technology initiatives from concept through delivery.
- Collaborate with business development, content team, production team, subject matter experts, and technical partners to ensure deliverables meet client needs.
- Gather and translate client feedback and business requirements into clear product priorities and action plans.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate platform integrations, product testing, quality assurance, and launches.
- Contribute to CARAVAN’s health and wellness expert recruitment and product strategy.
- Identify opportunities to expand product offerings, strengthen partnerships, and support sales growth.
- Create product presentations, marketing materials, and sales enablement resources aligned with company objectives.
- Improve internal workflows, documentation, accountability, and cross-functional communication.
- Support day-to-day operations and proactively address project risks, delays, and dependencies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product management, project management, digital health, content technology, or a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience with B2B technology, digital health, wellness, content licensing, or platform integrations is preferred.
- Familiarity with APIs, digital content delivery, analytics, or quality assurance is a plus.
