About Inteva's Intern Program
Inteva’s Summer 2027 Internship Program includes more than your day-to-day work. Your experience will include supplemental learning and development opportunities, such as executive lunch-and-learns and professional workshops. You will support Inteva’s core value of caring for the world and our communities with group volunteering opportunities throughout the summer. Most importantly, you will have fun, learn, and grow as part of a cohort of summer interns. (January 2027 - March 2027)
What will you get to work on?
- Support part CAD design and analyze for manufacturing feasibility
- Manage prototype inventory for build events and validation testing
- Ensure parts meet customer requirements
- Provide technical support for customer and product team, interface with customers and suppliers
- Potential travel to customers, suppliers and other Inteva facilities
- Learn and implement multiple manufacturing processes
- Work in manufacturing plants and development lab facilities
- Hands on prototype part building
- Be a member of a development team who is working on new products
- Vandalia Site recognized yearly as one of the best places to work in Ohio by industry rating groups
REQUIRED
- Self motivated
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrate basic engineering and technical ability
- Interpersonal skills, working effectively with a team
- Effective problem solving skills
- GPA 3.0 minimum
- Working on a Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
PREFERRED
- Some analytical ability where problems are not difficult or complex
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks for multiple projects
