Video Editing Intern

Many capable people face the “experience paradox”: employers want experience, but gaining it often depends on someone giving you a first opportunity. GlowUp ACS is a nonprofit that helps emerging professionals bridge that gap through meaningful, hands-on opportunities to develop practical skills, contribute to real projects, and gain experience they can apply throughout their careers.

We’re currently rebuilding after funding changes required us to scale back some of our programming. That makes this a unique time to join GlowUp ACS. Associate Interns can contribute directly to the systems, projects, and programs supporting our next stage of growth while gaining firsthand experience working within a small nonprofit where their contributions can have a visible impact.

Responsibilities

Edit videos for campaigns, features, and social storytelling.
Add graphics, sound design, and captions.
Collaborate on pacing, tone, and narrative.
Manage project files and versions efficiently.

What You’ll Need

Experience with or strong interest in video editing and storytelling.
Access to editing tools and a reliable setup.
An organized, detail-oriented, and creative approach.
Reliable computer/laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and a webcam/microphone.
