PC Technician
PC Technician-
- Part Time 29 hours or less/week
- Candidate needs to work early mornings to early afternoons on Mon., Tues., and Thurs.
- Must be able to travel to various work sites within the designated region
- General working knowledge of Windows-based PCs, tablets, mobile devices
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word)
- Strong organizational skills
- Must demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy in quality of work
- Work independently and in teams
- Strong problem solving and customer service skills
- Must be able to multi-task
- This role is entry level, intended for part-time students interested in exploring an Information Technology career. This role is onsite in Mishawaka, IN with no relocation assistance available. Candidates should be currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deploy and support standard IS&S equipment and software to knowledge workers
- Support knowledge workers either deskside or using remote support tools
- Providing Incident and Service Request Fulfillment support
- Demonstrate Asset Management techniques to deploy, track, and recover devices and peripherals
- Participate in project-related activities across service providers
- Provide support of voice and data services, working with Managed Services partner(s)
- Assist InfoSec with hardening & remediating any endpoint devices, network equipment, or virtual machines for vulnerabilities
- Learn to use various tools and platforms to support & monitor the Infrastructure & Operations landscape
