Human Resources Intern

Our Integrated Assemblies division leads in automotive innovation, specializing in premium module assembly and cockpit module integration. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company platforms.
  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in New Hire Paperwork & I-9 Management.
  • Manage the company Communication and Engagement Plan.
  • Support internal and external HR audits by gathering records, validating documentation, and tracking corrective actions.
  • Assist with collection, analysis, and reporting of production labor hours.
  • Maintain HR KPI trackers and assist with monthly and weekly reporting and Create Excel reports, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
  • Manage confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn about HR sourcing, change management, project coordination, and strategic planning processes.
