Join our IT team and gain hands-on experience supporting technology at our Southfield location. As an IT Intern, you’ll assist with daily tech operations, help users with basic computer issues, and learn how IT supports a manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Help check and maintain computer systems each day.
- Provide basic tech support to employees and shop floor staff.
- Assist with setting up computers, printers, scanners, and other devices.
- Learn how to monitor system performance and keep things running smoothly.
- Support inventory tracking of IT equipment and software.
- Help with user account setup and equipment requests.
- Shadow team members to learn about network infrastructure and server maintenance.
- Assist with documentation and organizing IT storage areas.
Your Qualifications:
- Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
- Sophomore standing or higher.
