Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Orlando, Florida, with affiliates in New York and Pittsburgh, RedChip is an investor relations and financial media company that has helped over 1,000 small-cap companies achieve their capital markets goals. With a long history of Discovering Tomorrow's Blue Chips Today™, including early coverage of names like Starbucks, Apple, and Nike, RedChip combines traditional investor relations with multimedia marketing across CNBC, Fox Business, and Bloomberg TV. RedChip represents up to 75 emerging NASDAQ- and NYSE-listed companies in high-growth industries, including artificial intelligence, aerospace, biotech, critical minerals, defense, energy, med tech, and robotics. We produce financial news content, video interviews, and TV programming that connects these companies with investors.

  • Track industry news and pitch story ideas

What We're Looking For

  • Current UCF student or recent graduate studying journalism, digital media, communication, PR, or a related field (business and finance majors with strong writing skills are also encouraged to apply)
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfort learning about business, markets, and investing (no finance background required, just curiosity)
  • Bonus: experience with video editing (Premiere, Canva, OpusClip, etc.), student media, or social media content

What You'll Get

  • A paid internship
  • Published bylines and produced video work for your portfolio
  • Exposure to financial markets, public companies, and executive interviews
  • Flexible scheduling around your classes
