What You’ll Do

Help design, develop, test, and maintain software applications that meet business and user needs.

Write readable, maintainable code with guidance from experienced engineers.

Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver new features.

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.

Participate in code reviews and follow established coding, security, and development standards.

Assist with integrating APIs, databases, and third-party services.

Write and maintain automated tests, technical documentation, and setup instructions.

Support application deployment, monitoring, and ongoing improvements.

What You’ll Bring

Foundational programming skills in one or more languages, such as Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C++.

Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.

Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.

An understanding of databases, APIs, or web application fundamentals.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

The ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team.

Relevant coursework, academic projects, internships, or equivalent practical experience in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

Helpful Additional Experience

Experience building applications through personal projects, coursework, hackathons, or open-source contributions.

Exposure to frontend or backend frameworks such as React, Angular, Django, or Spring Boot.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, automated testing, or continuous integration and delivery.

Experience working in an Agile development environment.
