As an EBF Fellow this summer, you could gain the real-world experience you need to launch your career!
For nearly 40 years, the Emma Bowen Foundation (EBF) has developed and connected promising students, known as EBF Fellows, to careers in media, entertainment, and technology through summer internships, mentorship, and professional development.
Each summer, we welcome more than 100 Fellows who receive access to:
- Paid summer internships at one of our partners
- Need-based scholarships
- Professional development
- Individualized support from EBF staff
- Industry exposure
- Mentors invested in your future
- A lifelong community of more than 5,500 EBF peers, alumni, professionals, and partners
Students who submit an application have access to other opportunities that our partners may share with us – such as fall/spring internship application announcements and other professional development webinars.
Applicant Requirements:
- High school senior or undergraduate student graduating Spring 2027 or later
- Accepted to, transferring to, or currently enrolled in a four-year accredited U.S. college/university
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Interested in a career in media, entertainment, tech, or business
- Available for a 35-40 hours per week internship for a minimum of 8 consecutive weeks and up to 12 consecutive weeks as determined by the partner company [generally starts in May/June]
- At least 18 years old before the internship begins
