- Utilize HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to identify trends and support business decision-making.
- Support internship and early-career talent programs, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement initiatives, development programming, events, communications, and program effectiveness assessments.
- Assist with Talent Acquisition and employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, candidate sourcing, resume review, interview coordination, candidate communications, and onboarding activities, while exploring opportunities to enhance recruiting efficiency through technology and AI.
- Conduct research and benchmarking on emerging HR trends, technologies, AI applications, employee experience, talent management, learning and development, and workforce practices to support strategic HR initiatives.
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, job aids, and knowledge resources that improve consistency, scalability, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence across the HR function.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders on special projects that advance workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and digital transformation objectives.

- Ability to translate data and insights into clear reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Demonstrated curiosity, continuous improvement mindset, and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and challenging the status quo.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and commitment to data accuracy.
