Description of the Role and Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement AI agents and multi-agent systems that reason, retrieve data, and take actions in enterprise workflows.
Develop and expose agents to production systems through well-typed tools and MCP servers.
Develop integrations across LLMs, APIs, backend systems, and lightweight UIs.
Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered features, from prototype to production.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Python and experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and LangChain.
Understanding of multi-agent patterns, including supervisor, planner-executor, and critic-generator patterns.
Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and hybrid search.
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) concepts and tool schema design.
Basic knowledge of backend development, API design, and data handling.
Qualification and Specialization:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering.
