The Position: We’re looking for Robot Programmer Intern
- Candidate will work with one or more Robot Programming Mentors to learn basic robot commissioning tasks, such as robot mastering, TCP creation and validation, Process path touch ups, auto debug with PLC and several other basic programming tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to take initiative when given tasks.
- Ability to retain knowledge of learnt tasks.
- Basic experience with Microsoft excel.
- Previous robotic education or training (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Master robots prior to commissioning.
- Tool Center Point (TCP) creation and validation.
- User Frame (UFRAME) creation and validation.
- Robot Process program position and code structure modifications.
- Auto Debug with PLC.
- Cycle time path optimization.
- Basic troubleshooting to diagnose issues.
The Location: This position will be located in Southfield, Novi, and/or Dearborn
