Sales Engineer/Program Manager Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our sales team with Purchase Order tracking and requests, price updates, effective dates confirmation, e-supplier connect cross-checks, and price conferences. 
  • Conduct Part Number analyses (new, obsolete, carry-over) and Part Number status monitoring (SAP, SASJIS, Clever, POs). 
  • Be a part of the launch task force with Bill of Material reviews,  Bill of Material formatting, material tracking, labels validation, inventory reviews, builds support, and follow-up ETA with supplier.
  • Participate in the quotation processes and track Change Notices requests from the Customer.
  • Monitor the status of  implementation of the changes quoted. 
  • Monitor the build/sales status of pre-series units.
  • Keep sales trackers updated (volume, price, cost, margin).
