Digital Program Management Intern
About this role
Associates will apply learning principles to innovate, design, develop, and implement Digital learning and development programs. Ensures novel ideas and processes are captured and implemented using applicable learning tools, platforms, and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and design bespoke Digital learning programs
- Analyze key training metrics and trends to optimize Digital training strategy
- Evaluate new learning tools
- Support Digital training strategy with enablement and communication plans
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in digital, business, learning & development, or related field
- 3.0 or higher GPA
- Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning theory and digital transformation
- Ability to engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to determine training needs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
