Financial Analyst Intern

The role of the Finance Analyst Intern is to support the reporting of the site, ensuring the consistency of the data reported to the Management of the Division. In addition, this role will help on day to day finance related activities, month-end close, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable financial/controlling information to the management:
  • Consolidate forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast…).
  • Prepare and finalize month-end close on a timely manner
  • Support reporting process for region ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay compliance.
  • Ensure reliability of Profit & Loss (P&L) and Contribution of Operational Cash (COC).
  • Gather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis
  • Provide all necessary information requested by internal and external auditors.
• Act as a business partner toward the management of the Division, and provide recommendation to the management:
  • Propose to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload…).
  • Follow financial impact of action plans.
