SU'24, Northwestern Mutual Capital Investment Analyst Intern – Private Debt & Equity

An Investment Analyst Intern is responsible for assisting in the evaluation of new private equity and debt investments across a wide range of industries. Specific responsibilities include financial modeling and valuation analysis, conducting industry and business due diligence, assisting in the writing of investment recommendation memos, and contributing to investment committee discussions. As part of the investment process, the Investment Analyst Intern will interact with senior investment professionals on a daily basis.

Requirements include pursuit of a four-year undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics and a track record of academic excellence. A broad knowledge of investments, an understanding of economic forces affecting a wide range of industries, proficiency in accounting and strong computer modeling skills are required. The ability to communicate effectively is also required.
