What you will do as an Intern:

You will spend 12 weeks (about 3 months) learning about AAA Life’s approach to developing the best professionals by working with experienced senior management and business partners. You will get a 360 view of our approach to business in areas like Information Technology, Actuary, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, Operation Process and Innovation, Marketing and more!

Our paid internship program is dynamic and tailored to your interests. We think you should spend time doing something you love at a place where you are proud to work.  

 

We are looking for interns in the following areas:

  • Human Resources (graduate student only)
  • Compliance
  • Internal Audit and Risk
  • New Business Operations/ Project Management

 

As an Intern, you will: 

  • Get hands on experience solving business needs.
  • Participate in a rotational program to gain more experience.
  • Interact with Senior Leaders
  • Attend social and professional development events.
  • Develop business acumen.

Qualifications:

  • Pursing a bachelor's degree
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Areas of Focus: Information Technology, Actuary, Data & Analytics, Risk Management, Operation Process and Innovation.
  • Must be at least Sophomore, Junior or Seniors at an accredited university by the summer of 2024
