Summer Camp Group Leader

As a CAMP ROLE MODEL, your position is the most important. You are a role model for the CAMPERS in your every action, spoken word, and the way you carry the Explorer Club torch of excellence. You will be engaging with the kids and building relationships with them through playing games, leading projects. We are about creating the ultimate environment where kids can just be kids, and we need great counselors to do that.

We hire individuals to form the best team of college students, teachers, and other professionals to make an impact in the lives of kids. We are looking for staff who will bring energy, creativity, compassion, and a love for kids to this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include: managing a group of 12 -15 students, daily setup and clean up, playing games, working with a team to help kids have a great day/SUMMER, and knowing that you are making a difference in their lives.

**These are both full and part time positions available.

Qualifications:

·        Must be 18 or older

·        Strong customer service skills

Requirements:

·        Must be able to dance like no one is watching, when they actually are!

·        Must want to sincerely make a difference in the lives of kids

·        Must value the opportunity of working on a team and work hard for others!

Job Type: Part-time/Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

COVID-19 Considerations:

Yes. These include daily screenings and temperature checks for all teachers, families and children who enter the building.
