Digital Marketer

Designs and executes engaging email campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.

Day to Day responsibilities include: 

As an Email Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, and sales through effective email marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and optimize email campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand values. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that our email communications are cohesive with other marketing efforts and contribute to overall business growth. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
  - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  - Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and targeted messaging.

2. Email Campaign Execution:
  - Create and schedule email campaigns using our email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) to promote products, offers, and brand initiatives.
  - Design visually appealing email templates that adhere to brand guidelines and optimize for mobile responsiveness.
  - Write compelling copy for subject lines, headlines, and body content to drive open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  - Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance and identify areas for improvement.

3. List Management and Segmentation:
  - Segment email lists based on demographics, purchase history, engagement behavior, and other relevant criteria to deliver personalized content and offers.

4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  - Monitor key email marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  - Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of email campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
  - Use data-driven insights to refine email strategies, targeting, and messaging to improve overall performance.

5. Automation and Lifecycle Marketing:
  - Implement automated email workflows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart reminders, re-engagement campaigns) to nurture leads, drive conversions, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  - Develop and optimize email drip campaigns that guide customers through various stages of the buyer's journey and promote long-term loyalty.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
