Content Coordinator

As the Content Coordinator for our natural hair care company, you will be responsible for developing and managing a cohesive content strategy across various platforms to effectively communicate the benefits and uses of our products. You will play a key role in crafting engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience, drives brand awareness, and fosters community engagement. Collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and social media teams, you will ensure that our content aligns with our brand voice, values, and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy Development:
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with company goals and targets our audience's needs and preferences.
  - Conduct research to identify relevant topics, trends, and keywords in the natural hair care industry to inform content planning and optimization.

2. Content Creation and Curation:
  - Develop engaging and informative content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, videos, social media posts, infographics, and email newsletters.
  - Write compelling and SEO-friendly copy that effectively communicates the benefits, features, and uses of our natural hair care products while maintaining brand consistency.

3. Content Calendar Management:
  - Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external contributors to secure content assets and meet deadlines.

4. Platform Management and Optimization:
  - Manage content distribution across multiple platforms, including our website, blog, social media channels, email marketing campaigns, and third-party publications.
  - Optimize content for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion opportunities.

5. Performance Tracking and Analysis:
  - Monitor content performance metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, using analytics tools.
  - Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization, making data-driven recommendations to enhance content effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS) and social media management tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
