E-Com Administrator

Oversees the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth order processing and enhancing the online shopping experience for customers.

As the E-commerce Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth order processing and enhancing the online shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with various teams, including customer service, marketing, and logistics, to streamline processes, optimize performance, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:
  - Manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate processing, fulfillment, and shipment within established timelines.
  - Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor inventory levels, replenish stock, and minimize order fulfillment delays.
  - Address order-related inquiries and issues promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolution.

2. Website Maintenance and Optimization:
  - Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotional offers on the e-commerce platform.
  - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategies for improving website traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.
  - Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve technical issues, optimize page load times, and ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.

3. Customer Experience Enhancement:
  - Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to enhance the online shopping experience.
  - Implement user-friendly navigation, search functionality, and product categorization to facilitate seamless browsing and product discovery.
  - Stay updated on e-commerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and elevate the online shopping experience.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  - Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention metrics, to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
  - Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and website analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  - Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to analyze sales data, identify trends, and forecast future demand and revenue projections.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and order management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in order processing and website maintenance.
