Engineering Intern

Requirements:

  • Ambitious and flexible with great ability to adapt to an international workplace.

  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills, able to work in a team and on their own initiative.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, should be good with technical documentation.
  • Ability to produce quality work in a timely manner and meet deadlines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with CAN protocol testing
  • Experience with CAN communication tools like CANalyzer, Vehicle Spy
  • Experience with In-Circuit-Debuggers/Emulators, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes.
  • Experience developing custom software and hardware tools to assist in performing reverse engineering and vulnerability analysis
  • Experience with programming languages such as C and C++

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electronic device testing in lab environment per instructions
  • Perform vehicle level testing of Telematics device per instructions
  • Perform  reverse engineering of CAN protocols
  • Document test data and findings - thorough, accurate and with attention to detail
  • Assist Telematics Engineering Team with other tasks (ie. data entry & analysis)
