IT Change Communications Intern

Our client is a global organization, named one of the largest in the Automobile industry! They are rapidly growing and going through a robust digital transformation. The business and senior leadership have put a huge emphasis on technology initiatives and are looking for passionate team members to contribute to the growth and development of the technical environment. 

As an IT Change Communications Intern, you will play a key role in the development and execution of communication strategies that support our client’s IT projects and initiatives. You will work closely with the IT Change Communications Manager to ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and aligned with our company values and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, communications, and change management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans to support IT change initiatives.
  • Draft and edit communications materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and intranet content, to ensure clarity and alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather information and insights for communications.
  • Support the measurement and reporting of communication effectiveness
  • Help organize and coordinate communication events, such as webinars, workshops, and Q&A sessions, to engage employees and facilitate smooth change communications adoption.
  • Maintain and update communication distribution lists and project documentation.


  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Basic understanding of IT and change management principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills 
  • Must be extremely detail oriented 
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
