- Write at least two stories per week and turn them in on time.  

- Reach out to the photography and/or design team for visuals to accompany stories. 

- Communicate effectively with your section editor. 

- Attend weekly budget meetings and pitch story ideas.  

- Basic knowledge of AP style preferred
