Talent Acquisition Intern

TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Talent Acquisition Interns for our intern program. This is a remote paid full-time position. Anticipated start will be late April/early May 2024. 

Responsibilities

  • Spring: 20 hours/week; Starting in May: 40 hours/week
  • Edit and create job descriptions
  • Compliance review for requisitions on various teams
  • Scheduling for talent interviews
  • Working with national talent acquisition group for global engineering company
  • Opportunity will provide networking & career development opportunities
  • Working with key Talent Acquisition Leader who has a passion for developing early career professionals
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Research or related field
  • Detail oriented
  • Communications/Writing expert
  • Passion for HR and/or Talent Acquisition
  • Savvy with Project Management tools; Ex: Asana, Wrike, Monday, Trello, Smartsheet
  • Experience Required: Canva, Google Sheets/Docs
  • Experience Preferred: any CRM or Applicant Tracking System, Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP, Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, detail orientated person
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow
