Undergrad/Postgrad Summer Paid Internships

Kelly® Professional & Industrial, is offering opportunities to intern with Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ this summer. Various offerings for undergrad and post-grad to fit your career specialty are available!

What we can offer:

• 10- weeks paid internships beginning June 5, 2024
• Pay range from $19-28.50 per hour based on grade level and major.
• Schedule – M-F 40 hours per week
• Location – New Brunswick, NJ - hybrid role – 3 days a week on site, 2 days a week remote

During the internship with the Global Services Group, you’ll have a chance to work on vital assignments and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience that will help you grow both personally and professionally. As part of a dynamic team, you’ll apply your skill set in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to projects that make measurable, real-world impact.

• Work within specialized groups in Global Services group to deploy solutions for business partners and drive value.
• Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support a designated business area.
• Work with key stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the Global Services project/program portfolio.
• Build awareness and experience of key capability skills in support of the Global Services Strategy
• Conduct data and process analysis to support development of key projects.

This job might be an outstanding fit for those who:

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Must have completed Undergraduate Freshmen year by May 2024
• A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills needed.
