NRCS Public Affairs Specialist Intern (Spokane Valley, WA) 2024 Summer

USDA Agricultural Research Service is currently recruiting for an Public Affairs Specialist Intern at Washington State Office | Natural Resources Conservation Service (usda.gov) in Spokane Valley, WA  for Summer 2024. Intern will spend majority of day accompanying outreach and communications experts and assist them with their daily tasks associated with all primary responsibilities. Intern will travel across Washington with Outreach and Communications professionals and aid in capturing still and moving media and assist as needed with the creation of captivating and interesting stories. Intern will travel across Washington aiding the State Outreach Coordinator in setting up, supporting, and tearing down outreach events. Intern will learn and work with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office software to best assist with the creation of information products required to raise awareness of program opportunities.
