Key Responsibilities:

Perform various tasks under the direct supervision of the Quality Manager including data analysis, problem resolution investigations for internal and customer complaints. Assist in quality verification tasks on parts from internal and customer builds. Participate in quality audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations and customer requirements. Assist in paperwork compilation for Advanced Product Quality Planning.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical engineering or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in quality inspections and data analysis
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with quality tools and software is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in quality assurance.
