Human Resource Associate

Job Summary: 

The Human Resource associate is responsible for supporting various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. You would be responsible for obtaining, recording and interpreting human resource information within the organization. 

 

Job Description: 

  • Prepare job descriptions and manage the talent acquisition process  
  • Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to data entry, and documentation management. 
  • Assist with recruitment and selection processes by posting vacancies, screening resumes,  and coordinating interview schedules. 
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating new employee onboarding and orientation programs. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and employee recognition programs. 
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases. 
  • Support the HR team in conducting employee surveys and analyzing feedback. 
  • Assist in researching and staying up-to-date with relevant employment laws and regulations. 
  • Handle confidential HR-related information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality. 
  • Perform additional task as required.
