Continuous Improvement Intern

Demonstrate high level performance, show initiative, desire to drive change, possess basic statistical knowledge and have the ability to apply statistics to product/process improvement projects.  

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to exercise influence without authority. 

Communicate effectively at all levels. 

Assists with Project Teams understand and have the ability to apply Six Sigma tools and techniques, define, measure, analyze, improve and control project processes, document and report results and provide weekly update reports.  

Assists with trials within a manufacturing environment.  Review the data received to follow trends.  

Follow up on actions regarding kaizens, 5S, etc.  

Prepare presentations that include Microsoft tools, consolidate and analyze data.
