Summary
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Participate in team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required.
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in developing strong work ethic with coursework, professional networks or internships.
- Flexibility and fluidity to thrive within a rapidly evolving environment.
- Demonstrate project management capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail is a must.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with Outlook, CRM, and other software tools.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
- Providing solutions and efficiencies for real world problems within the manufacturing, sports and entertainment industry
What you need:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Student involvement and/or work experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Can effectively handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and superior problem-solving skills
